What does « L'Élan » mean?
L'Élan is a French word, meaning « impulse », « spring », « enthusiasm » or « impetus ».. We chose that name so we could give to your international mobility projects all the élan - impulse - necessary to make of them a full success.

Most of us come from different countries, and are often ourselves expatriates or expatriates' children, with broad working experience in Europe, francophone Africa, India, Japan, South America, United States, etc. This helps us understand the challenges of international mobility, and the problems of returnees.
Based in France, we work mainly in the « impatriation » field, that is when non-French workers come to France. But we can also once in a while take care of the « expatriation » of French or non-French workers outside of France.
Expatriation or « impatriation », our job is to help you to manage this process, making sure - in the expatriates' own interest, and in that of their employer - that the expatriates be in a position to promptly assume their responsibilities, and that their families be able to integrate in the new environment.
