Summary of "Introduction of a foreign salaried employee into France"

Any French company that wishes to hire a foreign worker as one of its salaried employees has to go through a so-called “introduction” procedure (procédure d’introduction) to obtain the requisite approval. L’Élan describes to you each step of this procedure and each document to be provided. L’Élan also explains the difference between an introduction for a salaried employee and a temporary secondment.
