Summary of "New UE member countries: additional information on the entry into France of their nationals"

The nationals of the new EU member countries who wish to reside and work in France will for the next five years still have to apply for work and residency permits. Yet, independent workers and their salaried employees as well as non-working immigrants do NOT need to apply for those permits.
