Summary of "Application of the “Sarkozy Law”: what implications for the HRD?"

The “Sarkozy Law” concerning the status of foreigners in France has significant implications when it comes to impatriation. This law has now been the object of an implementation decree which specifies its scope, modalities and dates of effectiveness. Here are its ten main points, concerning, among other fields, EU nationals, the new EU members, temporary residence cards, employers of workers without work permits and biometric visas.
